1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Unused products in original condition with tags and packaging intact (if applicable).
- Change of mind purchases — we understand sometimes you just change your mind!
- Wrong or damaged products, only if you provide a clear, unedited video recording of the unboxing showing the parcel from all sides and the issue as it is first discovered.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: Customer covers the return shipping cost.
- Damaged or Wrong Product (with video proof): We will cover the return shipping cost.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- You can choose between a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.
- Refunds are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.
- Shipping charges are refunded only if the product was wrong or damaged and proof is provided.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
5. Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds or exchanges are processed within 1–3 working days.
